I have been in the mechanical installation and maintenance business since 1989. A majority of my work focuses on piping installations for tank storage facilities, pump replacement, and detail piping to load rack systems and pipelines for companies in the petroleum industry. I also carry out tank transfers for API inspections and emergency issues on tank farms of major oil companies in the Midwest.

Throughout my years of using air and gas motor-operated diaphragm pumps, I realized they were not as efficient as they should be. Many times I'd experience freeze-up in weather as warm as 50 degrees, as well as issues with reciprocating. I experimented with other options and created a solution that operated as a rotary drive system to keep the product in constant flow without reciprocating.

This solution surprised customers and made them feel comfortable with expediency, safety, and cost. Operations stay on an expected schedule, so customers are able to estimate when the transfer will be complete and return the tanks back to service without surprises.
